Urad Dal Vada

Urad dal vada  is very crunchy and  tasty dish. It is very easy recipe. 

Ingredients :-

  • 2 Cup Soaked Urad Dal(Black gram)
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 3 Green Chili 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1/4 Teaspoon ENO
  • Oil to Fry 
  • Salt 

Recipe :-

  1. Add water and 2 cup soaked urad dal(Black gram) for overnight.
  2. Add 2 cup soaked urad dal(Black gram), 3 green chili, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed in blender.
  3. Blend into fine paste, and take the batter out into a bowl.
  4. Add 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves, salt as per your taste and finally add 1/4 teaspoon ENO in batter.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Heat up oil in a pan.
  7. Soak both hands in water.
  8. Take a spoonful of batter in hand and make it round.
  9. When Vada is almost round then drop Vada into oil.
  10. Fry Vada on medium heat, fry until it turns golden from both sides then take Vada out of oil.
  11. After some time Vada will be ready.
You can serve crunchy and tasty Vada with green chutney or tomato sauce.
