Hash Browns

Hash Browns are a popular American breakfast dish that first started showing up on breakfast menu in New York. It is very easy and tasty dish.

Ingredients :-

  • 3 Medium Potato
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Paper
  • 2 Teaspoon Corn Flour
  • Salt
  • Oil

Recipe :-

  1. Take 3 medium potatoes, wash it and then boil them only for 5 minutes in a cooker. Make sure you do not boil completely.
  2. When potatoes are boiled then peel it. And grate them on a large holed cheese grater.
  3. Take grated potatoes in a bowl.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon black paper, 2 teaspoon corn  flour, salt as per your taste and mix it well with the help of fork.
  5. Heat non stick pan and spread some oil on the pan with the help of brush.
  6. Take some mixture in your hand and make flat hash browns in round shape.
  7. Then take 3 to 4 pieces of these round hash browns at once and put them on the non stick pan.
  8. Shallow fry it and Flip it until it turns crispy and golden brown colour from both sides. If you want some more oil for it then you can add more oil on it.
Once it becomes crispy and golden brown from both sides, our tasty hash browns will be ready. Serve it with bread and tomato sauce and garnish them.
