Koshimbir/Raita
Koshimbir is a typical Maharashtrian salad. It is a cool and refreshing salad. Actually these is a accompaniment to the main dish. Today's recipe is my favorite koshimbir with curd. It is usually prepared with onion, tomato, corn and cucumber as the main ingredients. It is very easy recipe. you can easily make it.
Ingredients :-
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Cucumber
- 1/2 Cup Boiled Corn(Optional)
- 1 Fine Chopped Green Chili
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Salt
- 3 Teaspoon Sugar
- Salt
Recipe :-
- Take a medium bowl.
- Add 1 cup curd, 3 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, regular salt as per your taste and mix it well.
- Add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, 1/2 cup boiled corn, 1 fine chopped green chili, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
After that koshimbir will be ready.
