Veg Manchurian/Potato Manchurian
Ingredients :-
- 2 Medium Potatoes
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp White Flour(Maida)
- Corn Flour
- 1 Inch Fine Chopped Ginger
- 3 - 4 Cloves Fine Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Green Pepper(Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Yellow Pepper(Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Red Pepper(Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Onion(Chopped)
- 2 Green Chili(Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Spring Onion (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Red Chili Sauce
- 2 tsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Green Chili Sauce
- Water
- Oil
- Salt
Recipe :-
- Take 2 medium potatoes. First peel it.
- Grate the potatoes in a bowl, and then discard the water.
- Wash the potatoes with water, and then squeeze the water completely.
- Add 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp white flour, salt as per your taste and mix it well. And make the manchurian ball.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Once oil becomes hot, then add the 4 - 5 manchurian ball and fry it. Fry it till becomes the crispy and golden brown colour.
- Take out the manchurian ball from oil on the kitchen paper towel.
- Also fry remaining manchurian ball.
- After that heat 3 tbsp oil in other pan. Add garlic, ginger, green chili and fry it for few seconds on medium flame.
- Add onion and fry it for 1/2 minutes on medium flame.
- Add red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, salt as per your taste and fry it for a minutes on high flame.
- Add 1 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp chili sauce, 2 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp green chili sauce and mix it well.
- Add 4 tbsp of water in 2 tsp of cornflour and stir it well. Then pour the cornflour batter in pan and mix it.
- Add 1/2 cup of water to reduce the thickness of sauce and mix it well.
- Boil for 1 minute then add spring onion and mix it well.
- Turn off the flame. Then add fried potato balls and gently mix it. Sprinkle some spring onion for garnish.
After that Potato Manchurian will be ready then you can serve it.
