Rava Cake/Suji Cake

Ingredients :-

  • 1 1/2 Cup White Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Semolina(Rava, Sooji)
  • 1/2 Cup Malai(Fresh Cream)
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 Cup Sugar Powder
  • 3-4 Drops Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tbsp Backing Powder
  • 1/4 tsp ENO
  • 1/4 Cup Small Pieces of Cashew
  • 1/4 Cup Small Pieces of Almond
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins(Kismis)
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Oil/Ghee

Recipe :-

  1. Take a blender jar. Add 1 cup sugar powder, 1/2 cup malai(Fresh Cream) and blend it well.
  2. Take a strainer. Add 1 1/2 cup white flour, 1/2 cup semolina (Rava, Sooji), 1 tbsp backing powder, 1/4 tsp salt and sieve it in a medium bowl. Mix it well.
  3. Add 1/2 cup oil and mix it well. Add that blended mixture and mix it well.
  4. Then add milk as require, mix it and make it smooth paste.( Do not make too thick or too thin)
  5. Add 3-4 drops vanilla essence and mix it.
  6. Add some small pieces of cashew, almond, 1/4 cup raisins(kismis) and mix it.
  7. First pre heat the air fryer on 180℃ for 5 minutes.
  8. Side by side take a cake tin, apply some oil/ghee and spread some white flour.
  9. Then add batter in the cake tin and put the cake tin in air fryer.
  10. Cook on 180℃ for 20 minutes.
  11. After 20 minutes switch off the air fryer and take out the cake in a plate and garnish with candy or tutti frutti or chocolates. After that cake will be ready then serve it.
