Rava Cake/Suji Cake
Ingredients :-
- 1 1/2 Cup White Flour
- 1/2 Cup Semolina(Rava, Sooji)
- 1/2 Cup Malai(Fresh Cream)
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Sugar Powder
- 3-4 Drops Vanilla Essence
- 1 tbsp Backing Powder
- 1/4 tsp ENO
- 1/4 Cup Small Pieces of Cashew
- 1/4 Cup Small Pieces of Almond
- 1/4 Cup Raisins(Kismis)
- Milk
- Salt
- Oil/Ghee
Recipe :-
- Take a blender jar. Add 1 cup sugar powder, 1/2 cup malai(Fresh Cream) and blend it well.
- Take a strainer. Add 1 1/2 cup white flour, 1/2 cup semolina (Rava, Sooji), 1 tbsp backing powder, 1/4 tsp salt and sieve it in a medium bowl. Mix it well.
- Add 1/2 cup oil and mix it well. Add that blended mixture and mix it well.
- Then add milk as require, mix it and make it smooth paste.( Do not make too thick or too thin)
- Add 3-4 drops vanilla essence and mix it.
- Add some small pieces of cashew, almond, 1/4 cup raisins(kismis) and mix it.
- First pre heat the air fryer on 180℃ for 5 minutes.
- Side by side take a cake tin, apply some oil/ghee and spread some white flour.
- Then add batter in the cake tin and put the cake tin in air fryer.
- Cook on 180℃ for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes switch off the air fryer and take out the cake in a plate and garnish with candy or tutti frutti or chocolates. After that cake will be ready then serve it.
