Hello friends, welcome to all of you on our blog recipes by Shraddha. Today's drink is grape juice. It is obtained from crushing and blending grapes into a liquid. Grape juice used for reducing the risk of blood clots. Reducing low density lipoprotein cholesterol. It is helping maintain a healthy blood pressure. Experts say that a small glass of pure grape juice before bedtime may help you in getting good sleep and also burn fat.


Ingredients :-

  • 250 Gram Grapes
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Glass Water

Recipe :-

  1. Take 250 gram grapes and wash it well.
  2. Add washed grapes in grinder jar.
  3. Add 4 tbsp sugar and grind it. Add water and grind it again.
  4. After that strain it in medium bowl and serve it.
