Hello friends, welcome to all of you on our blog recipes by Shraddha. Today's drink is orange juice. It is naturally high in vital nutrients, such as vitamin C and potassium. Orange juice is high in antioxidants and can help increase antioxidant status to aid in disease prevention. Orange juice can increase the pH of the urine and as a result, lower the risk of kidney stones. Orange juice may reduce several risk factors for heart disease  such as high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol and help keep your heart healthy and strong.


Ingredients :-

  • 2 Medium Oranges
  • 3 tbs Sugar
  • Black Salt
  • 1 glass water 
  • Ice Cubes

Recipe :-

  1. Take 2 medium oranges and wash it.
  2. Peel it well. Remove the seeds with the help of a fork.
  3. Take a blender jar and  add peeled oranges in blender jar.
  4. Add 3 tbsp sugar, Black Salt to taste,(If you Like) water and blend it.
  5. After that strain it. Add ice cubes in orange juice and  then serve fresh orange juice.
