Pizza Sauce

 

Hello Friends, welcome to all of you on our blog recipes by Shraddha. Today's dish is Pizza Sauce. This sauce you can also use for pasta. 

Ingredients :-

• 1 medium Fine Chopped Onion
• 1 Bowl Fresh Tomato Puree
• 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
• 1/2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1/2 tsp Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
• 1 tbsp oil
• Salt

Recipe :-

1. Heat oil in a pan. 
2. Add chopped garlic, fine chopped onion and saute it until the onions are translucent.
3. Add fresh tomato puree, sugar, vinegar, salt to taste and mix it well.
4. Add oregano, chilli flakes and mix it well.
5. Remove most of the water from it.
6. After that pizza sauce will be ready then you can use it.
