Hello friends, welcome to all of you on our blog Recipes by Shraddha. Today's dish is Red Sauce Pasta. It is very easy recipe and kids favorite dish. Pasta is a staple food of Italian cuisine. Pastas are divided into two categories - fresh and dried. Dried pasta is produced commercially via an extrusion process, although it can produced at home. Fresh pasta is traditionally produced by hand, sometimes with the aid of simple machines. Pasta dishes are generally simple, but individual dishes vary in preparation. some pasta dishes are served as a small first course. 
In terms of nutrition, cooked plain pasta is 31% carbohydrates, 6% protein, and low in fat, with moderate amounts of manganese, but pasta generally has low micronutrient content.

Ingredients :-

  • 1 Cup Pasta
  • 1 Medium Fine Chopped Onion
  • 1 Medium Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Fine Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Fine Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Oregano
  • Grated Cheese
  • Water
  • Salt
  • oil

Recipes :-

  1. Take a medium pan and put on the gas.
  2. Add 4 cup water, 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tbsp salt and boil it.
  3. After boiling add 1 cup pasta and boil it for 10 minutes on the medium flame.
  4. When pasta will be boil then switch off the flame.
  5. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan on the medium flame.
  6. Add fine chopped garlic and saute it well.
  7. Add fine chopped onion and saute it for a minute.
  8. Add 1/2 tsp red chili powder and saute it well.
  9. Add tomato puree and saute it well. Add boiled pasta and mix it well.
  10. Add 1 cup boiled water and mix it well. Cover and cook it for 5 minutes on the low flame.
  11. saute it intermediately. After 5 minutes open the lid and saute it.
  12. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix it. then switch off the flame.
  13. after some time red sauce pasta will be ready. Then serve it hot, garnish with grated cheese, oregano, black pepper powder and coriander leaves.
