Bread Pakoda
Hello friends, welcome to all of you on our blog recipes by Shraddha. Today's dish is bread pokoda. Bread pakoda and tea is perfect combination for evening snacks. Bread pakoda is made with bread, gram flour, rice flour, vegetables and spices.
Ingredients:-
- 4 Bread slice
- 1 Medium onion fine chopped
- 1/2 Cup green bell pepper
- 1/2 Cup red bell pepper
- 1/2 Cup yellow bell pepper
- 2 Green chilli fine chopped
- 1/4 Cup coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 Cup tomato chopped
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Schezwan chutney
- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds(Ajwain)
- 2 tbsp Gram flour(Besan)
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- Water
- Salt
- Oil
Recipe:-
- Take water in a bowl, dip the bread slices in water and squeeze it and put it in a mixing bowl.
- Add onion, tomato, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green chilli, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, schezwan chutney, carom seeds, salt to taste and mix it with the help of spoon.
- Add 2 tbsp gram flour(besan), 2 tbsp rice flour and mix it well.
- Turn on the flame and heat oil in a pan.
- Grease your hand with oil before making the pokoda.
- Take little amount of mixture and put it into hot oil.
- Cook it on high flame and flip it in between. Fry it till it turns golden brown.
- Once it turns golden brown, take it out from oil and keep it aside.
- Repeat the process to fry remaining pakode.
- Aftet that bread pokoda will be ready, then serve it with sauce or green chutney.
