Beet Root Salad/Beetroot Salad/Beetroot Salad Recipe is a very easy to make and healthy for our body. Beetroot is a root vegetable also called as red beet or just beet. Beetroots are a great source of iron, fiber, manganese, folate(Vitamin B9), potassium and vitamin c. Beetroot provides a wide range of possible benefits, such as improving digestion, reducing blood pressure and lowering the risk of diabetes.
If you eat beets everyday then beets can increase your energy level, boost your brain power and improve your immune system. Beets are high in vitamin c, some consider beets to be good for the skin, even suggesting that they can protect from signs of aging, such as wrinkles.
Ingredients :-
- 1 Medium beet root
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli Powder
- Salt
- Oil
Recipe :-
- Take 1 medium beetroot and wash it well.
- First cut the top end of beetroot then grate it in a plate and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a small tadka pan on medium flame.
- Add 1 tsp mustard and let them pop, add 2 tsp cumin seeds and let them sizzle then switch of the flame.
- Take grated beetroot then add red chilli powder, salt to taste and mix it well.
- Add tadka on top of the beetroot, after that beetroot salad is ready then you can serve it.
