Hello friends, welcome to our blog Recipes by Shraddha. Today's recipe is Banana Chips or how to make vidarbha styles banana chips. Chips are most favorite menu of kids. I am brought this recipe so read and try it for your kids. it is very easy recipe you can make only in 15 to 20 minutes. 

Ingredients :-

  • 4 Raw Banana
  • 1 tbsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

Recipe :-

  1. Take raw banana and peel it.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan for fry.
  3. Using a slicer, Slice the banana directly into hot oil on medium flame.
  4. Do not overcrowd the pan with the banana slices while frying.
  5. Stir with a slotted spoon so that the slices don't stick to each other.
  6. Chips fry till you see the sizzling and bubbles in the oil becoming less and almost disappear.
  7. Remove the fried chips from the oil in a bowl.
  8. Fry the remaining batches in similar manner.
  9. When the all banana chips are done then sprinkle the red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt to taste and mix it well.
  10. After that banana chips are ready.
  11. When they are cooled then store the banana chips in an airtight jar or a container.
