Shepuchi Bhaji/Suva Bhaji/Dill Leaves Recipe
Hello friends, welcome to our blog Recipes by Shraddha. This is typical maharastrian recipe. Today, I prepared vidarbh style recipe. Mostly this type of recipe my mother makes many times for dinner shepuchi bhaji with udad bhakri. Some people don't like dill leaves(shepu) because this leafy vegetable has a unique taste and distinct flavor, but this leafy vegatable is very good for health. The various nutrients in it like Calcium, Magnesium, and Iron.
Ingredients :-
- 2 Cup dill leaves chopped(Shepu )
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 4 Green chilli chopped
- 5 - 6 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup groundnuts
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4 tbsp Gram flour
- 2 Glass water
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
Recipe :-
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Add mustard seeds and let them pop.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle then add garlic, chilli and saute it well. Add turmeric powder, groundnuts and saute it for few seconds.
- Add chopped dill leaves(Shepu) and saute it for 1 minutes.
- Add 2 glass of water and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. After cooked add gram flour and mix it with the help of hand mixi or spoon.
- Make sure lumbs do not formed in it. Cook it for 5 minutes then turn off the flame.
- Then serve the dish hot with udad bhakri or jowar bhakri or wheat chapati and salad.
