The avocado salad is very quick an easy salad makes the perfect healthy side dish. Salad is most important in our meal, lunch or dinner is incomplete without salad. Many people eat salad in their diet so this salad is best for diet. Avocado fruit benefits for skin, hair, weight loss and it's advantage in pregnancy. Avocados are source of vitamins C, E, K and B6 as well as potassium and folate.

Ingredients :- 

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt

Recipe :- 

  1. Take a avocado, cut it in half portion and remove the bee from avocado then peel the avocado and cut it in small pieces.
  2. Take a medium bowl add avocado pieces, tomato, onion, cucumber, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, lemon juice, olive oil, salt as per taste and mix it well.
  3. Serve it in breakfast or lunch or dinner.
