Potato Dry Bhaji/Potato Dry Sabji for Tiffin Box
Ingredients :-
- 4 Medium size potatoes
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Kolhapuri masala
- Salt
- Oil
Recipe :-
- Take potatoes, peel it and wash it then chopped the potatoes in small cube shape.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan on medium flame.
- Add mustard seeds and let them pop, add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add garlic and saute it then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, kolhapuri masala and saute it well.
- Add chopped potatoes in it and saute it, add salt as per taste and mix it well.
- cover with the lid and cook it on low flame. Stir it intermediately.
- when potatoes will cook then they saute it on medium flame for a minute.
- potato dry bhaji will be ready then you can serve it.
