Assal gavakdachi basundi is a sweet dish. This dish is sweet, flavorful and creamy. It is especially popular in Maharashtra. Here I used only three ingredients such as milk, sugar and cardamom powder.

Ingredients :-

  • Milk 6 litre
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp


Recipe :-

  1. Take milk in a pan, put the pan on the medium flame and boil it.
  2. After that stir it intermediate for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Keep stirring continuously till the milk will thicken.
  4. When milk will thicken then add sugar in it and stir it.
  5. Add cardamom powder in it and mix it well.(Make sure do not make lumps in it.)
  6. Keep stirring continuously for 10 minutes.
  7. After some time assal gavakdachi basundi will be ready.
