Assal Gavakdachi Basundi
Assal gavakdachi basundi is a sweet dish. This dish is sweet, flavorful and creamy. It is especially popular in Maharashtra. Here I used only three ingredients such as milk, sugar and cardamom powder.

Ingredients :-
- Milk 6 litre
- Sugar 1/2 kg
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Recipe :-
- Take milk in a pan, put the pan on the medium flame and boil it.
- After that stir it intermediate for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Keep stirring continuously till the milk will thicken.
- When milk will thicken then add sugar in it and stir it.
- Add cardamom powder in it and mix it well.(Make sure do not make lumps in it.)
- Keep stirring continuously for 10 minutes.
- After some time assal gavakdachi basundi will be ready.
